Wikey allows users to recover their account, in case the phone is lost, not by using text messages or recovery email or ID. IDs, emails, and text messages can be hacked or phished and used against the users to overtake the account. Instead, the WiKey app asks the user to add "helpers". Helpers are people that know the user and can identify the user in case his phone gets lost.

In this example, the user added his helper - super14. super14 has 4 helpers which can also be added.

Adding a helper is done by checking the option by his name, and clicking on the "Continue" button.
